Our Screening Process
- Pre-employment Documents
- We require at least 1 to 2 Valid Government Identification (ID) such as Birth Certificates (PSA), Voter’s ID, Passport, Barangay or Police Clearance and any other Valid IDs.
- Initial Interview
- We ask casual and formal questions to gauge behavior and personality.
- Background Checking
- We will validate your answers from the initial interview. We check City or Provincial addresses, visit houses, call your family members, references, and past employers.
- Clearances
- All maids who pass the initial steps will undergo a medical examination.
- NBI clearance is also required
- Covid Vaccination Card is also required
- Training
- We will provide mandatory training.
